SPORTS DIVISION Field
Job Description: (Program Director)
Calling (Field) on businesses in the area of high schools, colleges & universities in your territory. Your job is to capture / close sponsorships (ads) on 1 of our 3 product lines we distribute FREE to the campus. We provide full company training online, exclusive contracted campuses & samples. Directors will have access to managers with over 25 years experience in the industry. Full support of our companys customer service & production departments allowing you to do what you do best and that is to CLOSE sales.
The working territory is a 5 to 90 mile radius from your home. This is a perfect career position for people that have sold print media sponsorships/advertising in the past, college graduates who desire a chance to succeed and moms who need the freedom & flexibility in their everyday lives. Our average sales agents earn $75k to$ 92k their first year with us and your income can double in your second and more in your third. We offer middle management opportunities for people who would like to train and maintain groups of agents under them.
